So we decided to make this during this season as it’s more of a summer cake you take with coffee. This period is literally a mix of harmattan, sunny days and dry hours. The cake is absolutely delicious and my sisters loved it!
It’s a combination of cake (less fluffy), freshly chopped apples, streusel (with dates) and caramel sauce. We added a cup of coffee as it makes this dessert perfectly complete. I loved it! They loved it! And who knows? You might love it too!
